The vocabulary is about different activities you can do all year round:

·       Open presents – abrir regalos

·       Eat chestnuts – comer castañas

·       Celebrate Halloween – celebrar Halloween

·       Wear warm clothes –usar ropa de invierno

·      Finish school – terminar el colegio (junio)

·      Go to the beach  - ir a la playa

·      Plant seeds – plantar semillas

·      Smell flowers – oler flores

·      Start school – comenzar el colegio (septiembre)

·      It´s hot – hace calor

·      It´s cold – hace frío

·       Leaves fall from trees – se caen las hojas de los árboles

Months of the year - Los meses del año:

-Se utiliza “in”(in) delante de los meses.

-Se escriben con mayúscula.

-    January - enero

-    February - febrero

-    March - marzo

-    April  - abril

-    May  - mayo

-    June - junio

-    July - julio

-    August - agosto

-    September - septiembre

-    October - octubre

-    November - noviembre

-    December - diciembre

               Seasons – Las estaciones:

   -Se utiliza “in” (en) delante de las estaciones.

-    Summer - verano

-    Winter  - invierno

-    Autumn / Fall - otoño

-    Spring  - primavera

    Ordinal numbers - los números ordinales
